Rug Underlay for Multi-Surfaces

Our multi-surface carpet and rug underlay for textile and smooth flooring are mainly made of a specially coated fleece. Our fleece underlays are coated with an adhesive based on acrylate and can, therefore, be used on hard and textile flooring. They are easy to cut and to lay out, are washable up to 40°C and are suitable for floor heating.

AKO Top Fleece II

Premium quality underlay which prevents rugs from slipping on textile and smooth flooring. Top Fleece II is the ultimate anti-slip rug underlay for use on all floor types. This unique product has two different surfaces, one coated with a dry adhesive, the other with an anti-slip coating to ensure the best grip regardless of the rug type or the floor covering it is to be used on. The super stiff hi-density needle punched fleece will not ruck or crease, providing optimum support for any rug.

  • Double sided for optimum performance regardless of surface.
  • Protective, easy-to-remove foil advertises the product and provides usage information.
  • Easy to handle – foil keeps the product clean and includes a ruler to make cutting and measuring easier.
  • Machine washable for longer life, restoring the product to “as new” performance.

  • OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Certification- tested against harmful substances.
  • Suitable for underfloor heating and vinyl flooring.

AKO Super Dual Fleece – made from 75% recycled plastic bottles

Multi-purpose Super Dual Fleece offers a simple and convenient anti-slip solution for preventing rugs from slipping and moving on all floor types including carpets and laminates.

  • Excellent level of grip on all floor types – carpets and all hard flooring.
  • Machine washable (30º) for easy cleaning and to restore functionality.
  • Adhesive-free, needle punched, polyester fleece. Impregnated with acrylic resin ensures no residues will be left on the floor.
  • 260g per sqm for extra cushioning/rigidity.
  • Thickness: 3mm
  • OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Certification- tested against harmful substances.
  • Suitable for underfloor heating.
  • Not suitable for the vinyl floorings

AKO Dual Fleece White – made from 45% recycled plastic bottles

The standard version of Super Dual Fleece, which works in the same way but it is lighter at 130g per sqm.

  • Impregnated with acrylic resin ensures no residues will be left on the floor.

Important note about our products: if the flooring is treated with water-based lacquers, allow at least 3 months full drying time before using any of our products. Only suitable on floorings treated with solvent-free sealants. No adhesion when wet.
